Recycled Greetings Card With Envelope - Many People Will Walk....

This Fair Trade recycled greetings card has been decorated with dried flowers and petals. The textured paper is made from grasses and leaves which are gathered from the streets and gardens nearby to the production unit. 

As a personal gesture, each card has been individually hand signed on the back by the actual person who has made the item - something you don`t get with mass-produced High Street cards!    The card has been left blank inside for your own message and comes with its own envelope.

Shapii started as a family business in 1987 in the Philippines, but has grown to employ over 200 people making handmade paper, cards and stationery items. The employment it creates has brought real stability to the small seaside town of Salay. The production areas are light, airy and spacious and benefits include free medical consultation, dental health and eyeglasses. Workers participate in decision-making and have the option of becoming a shareholder.
