Gold Evening Bag with Curved Base

Glitzy and glamourous, this carefully embroidered Fair Trade gold evening  bag is made from soft and silky gold coloured fabric trimmed with ornate, tiny gold beads and studded with glass and metal "jewels".

It has a zip closure and is fully lined with gold satin material.

The handles are made with multi-strands of matching gold beads. 

Please note, these beautifully beaded bags are not washable.

This Fair Trade gold evening bag was handmade in India.

Dimensions - width 23 cm  x  height 14 cm approx. The handles have a drop of 18 cm approx.

Founded in 1998, this organisation based in New Delhi, India carries out most of it`s work with Muslim minorities. They pride themselves on preserving traditional embroidery techniques such as Kantha embroidery, Zardozi and Aari work and use recycleable materials where possible.

There are 150 employees who benefit from provident funds, paid maternity leave and insurance.

Touch of India have also adopted 4 children and now provide for their education and upbringing.
